Isaiah Thomas won't be playing in Boston Wednesday night

With Thomas missing his first chance to play in Boston since being traded for Kyrie Irving in the off-season, he'll have to wait to put on his "show" February 12 (AEDT) when Cleveland makes their second and final trip to TD Garden in the regular season.

"I keep saying I gave that city everything I have and they showed me genuine love back", he said, "and that love is going to last forever".

"I'm a scoring guard so I know how to put the ball in the basket". He also has carried a heavy load and has played more minutes than anyone in the league (at age 33 in his 15th season).

Cavaliers star LeBron James joked with reporters recently that he had been playing video game National Basketball Association 2K18 in order to see how Thomas will best fit into the lineup upon his return.

Nintendo eyes 20M Switch sales next year
Nintendo launched the console in March with a price tag of US$300 and aims to sell 14 million units through March next year. This brings the current cumulative total for December to 844,243 units, and 3,258,083 units since launch.

"And that is to make plays, try to make the right play each and every time".

February 11 marks the third and final meeting between the Cavaliers and the Celtics. Though he's in good physical shape, his game still needs some conditioning. "I'm just really excited, it's a good moment for us".

Thomas averaged a career-high 28.9 points per game last season as well as six assists per game and a career-best 54.6% effective field goal percentage. He gives coach Tyronn Lue another proven scorer who can take some of the pressure off LeBron James. Thomas' 2016-17 season was especially memorable. Thomas is not going to help with that.

Mavericks 116, Thunder 113: Harrison Barnes scored 24 points, Dennis Smith Jr. got 11 of his 19 points in the final 1:39 and visiting Dallas won its fourth in a row. Willie Cauley-Stein had 21 points and eight rebounds for Sacramento.
