Wonder Woman Casting Surprises!

Wiig was first rumoured to be in talks for the role last week, but nothing had officially be confirmed until now. This was shortly after a separate report emerged, claiming that Cheetah would indeed serve as the primary antagonist in the Wonder Woman sequel.

Comic book movies are often at their best when they don't take themselves too seriously, so casting the comedian could mean great news for Wonder Woman 2. Can't wait to finally work with one of my favorites.

"So excited to confirm the most thrilling news!", Jenkins tweeted today (see it below). "And SO excited by what we have planned", Jenkins tweeted. It has further been reported that Wonder Woman 2 will feature the Barbara Ann Minerva version of Cheetah from the DC Comics universe. Cheetah's abilities include superhuman speed, wonderful reaction time, strength, and durability. Gal Gadot will be returning as the Powerful female Hero Wonder Woman and fans couldn't be more thrilled. She can see in the dark and has an enhanced sense of smell.

Mackenzie Financial Corp Buys New Holdings in Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (ANF)

The Wonder Woman sequel is speculated to be taking place in the '80s where she battles against the Soviet Union during the height of The Cold War.

Jenkins did not confirm if the movie will have any other villains, but it's still possible. While everyone immediately thinks of Selina Kyle in situations like that, I'm pretty sure that was supposed to be Priscilla Rich, the original Cheetah, who most certainly did not transform into a bloodthirsty werecat in order to get her thievin' done.
