The Twins' season started March 29 in Baltimore, early by Major League Baseball standards, and they're scheduled to play 10 homes games before April 16, the most early-April home games since the team moved back outdoors to Target Field before the 2010 season.

"It's been different start", Molitor said during Friday's Welcome Back Twins Luncheon at Target Field.

The Minnesota Twins announced Friday's game with the Chicago White Sox has been postponed due to inclement weather. Sunday's game, set for 2:10 p.m. ET, could be in question as well depending on how much snow falls.

Both the Twins and White Sox are headed for warmer destinations, assuming the airport opens.

Lucas Giolito gave up four runs, three of them earned, over 6 1/3 innings to take the loss for the White Sox, who have now lost eight of their past 10 games.

It's back-to-back the Twins have had to postpone because of Mother Nature. A year ago was the first time that four Target Field games in one season were lost to weather, a mark that the team has now matched in the last week alone. A new date for the game will be announced later. The teams also close the season at Target Field on September 28-30.

"One hundred and five pitches in five innings, it's not good enough", said Lynn "The strikeouts were good but the walks, that's too many and not enough innings".

The Twins beat Chicago 4-0 on Thursday.
