Medvedev Estimates Putin's First Decree Will Cost $125Bln by 2024, Media Reports

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, along with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Serb President Aleksandar Vucic, on Wednesday morning, 24 Iyar, in Red Square in Moscow, attended the parade commemorating victory over Nazi Germany 73 years ago.

Acting Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan sent a congratulatory message to RF Premier Dmitry Medvedev on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The decree follows a report showing Russia's military spending fell for the first time since Putin took office almost 20 years ago.

On the same day as he was inaugurated for his fourth term as president Russia's President Vladimir Putin immediately started on a highly anticipated government reshuffle by sacking several very prominent senior ministers. The government automatically resigns on the day a new president is installed.

Other nominations include: former Agriculture Minister Aleksey Gordeyev, who is set to become deputy PM in charge of the agricultural sector; the deputy PM in charge of integration of the Crimean Republic, Dmitry Kozak, will become deputy PM in charge of industry and energy.
