Recall June 12 in Singapore hosted a meeting of the President of the United States Donald trump and the leader of the DPRK Kim Jong-UN.

Lim is to deliver a keynote speech at the session, titled "Assessing the Trump-Kim Summit", which will be co-hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Korea Foundation (KF), a key organization of Seoul's international exchange and public diplomacy initiative.

During the talks, the North is said to have demanded the suspension of joint military drills between South Korea and the United States. Trump's move had caught South Korean officials off guard, but they said a halt in the drills was needed while dialogue with the North was underway.
