Tom Brady reached a remarkable milestone Thursday night at Gillette Stadium, but it was one the New England Patriots quarterback technically had already achieved.

While facing off against the Indianapolis Colts, Brady - a quarterback for the New England Patriots - threw the notable pass to teammate Josh Gordon in the fourth quarter, ESPN reported.

The quarterback doesn't throw to himself. "I just think of all the people who have really worked hard". He needs people who catch it and block and defuse to make plays and coaches that coach. Brady now ranks third in most career touchdown passes only behind Peyton Manning and Brett Favre, but the Patriots signal-caller almost has 30 more playoff TD tosses than both former QBs.

"To catch any pass from Tom is fantastic, let alone some history-making catch", Gordon said.

Brady's link up with Gordon meant that Gordon became the 71st different player to receive a touchdown pass from Brady, an National Football League record, passing up long-time Tampa Bay quarterback Vinny Testaverde.

White isn't the kind of runner that those guys are, but he maximizes the opportunities afforded him as one of Brady's most trusted weapons - and it's giving him the chance to do something that no other running back during the Bill Belichick era has done.

"The next history point to make for him, I hope to be a part of it".
