Texas Newlyweds Die in Helicopter Crash Just Hours After Their Wedding

A newlywed couple was killed in a helicopter crash in Uvalde on Sunday morning after leaving their wedding ceremony, according to news reports.

"We celebrated their fairy tale wedding and they were surrounded by their family and friends as they flew off in the family helicopter", family friend Eric Smith wrote on Facebook.

Will Byler and Bailee Ackerman Byler had married in Uvalde, around 100 miles west of San Antonio, on Saturday night.

The NTSB said the incident involved a Bell 206B - a two-bladed, twin-engine chopper.

Authorities located the crashed helicopter around daybreak, according to reports.

Jacob Martinez, an individual working the event shared video of the moment the couple took off in the helicopter.

The Inglis family has sold Cup winners but now they have their own runner
Michael Walker and A Prince Of Arran combine to win the Lexus Stakes. Waller says the mare's jockey will also help her chances.

The post did not say anything about deaths or injuries in the crash, and dispatchers with the sheriff's office and Uvalde police said they were not authorized to release any information.

The pilot was also killed. Their engagement photos show a giddy couple, with Will in a cowboy hat and Bailee showing off her ring.

"[Bailee] was full of life, beautiful, and could light up a room with her smile", Ellis told MySanAntonio.com in an email.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.

Elliss said Ackerman was set to graduate in December and Will in May.

The newspaper reported that the Bylers were both in their senior year at the university. "One day we will all see their smiles and dimples again".
