She reportedly said she was "head over heels" with pride as Meghan helped prepare lunch for guests.

Meghan Markle's mother Doria Ragland has reportedly been invited by the Queen to spend Christmas with the Royal Family at Sandringham.

This is a big move for the Queen, who has never even extended this invite to the Middleton family.

Ragland previously attended an event to launch a cookbook Markle was involved in, and she was also the only member of Markle's family to attend her wedding to Prince Harry in May.

Meghan Markle rocked an electric blue ensemble from her wedding dress designer Givenchy - but what most style spotters failed to notice was that the fabulous pleated skirt that she combined with the matching sweater was see-through!

Migrant Caravan Sets Sight on Getting to Mexico City
Caravan organizers have pleaded for buses in recent days after three weeks on the road, hitching rides and walking. The latest reversal comes as Mexican authorities appear conflicted and divided over their approach to the caravan.

When the 92-year-old Monarch heard about it she told Doria she could come to Sandringham.

"It's a mark of the Queen's respect for Meghan and an acknowledgement that she doesn't have any other relations in this country - unlike Kate who has the support of a very close family". Kate and William have alternated holidays, spending Christmas at Sandringham and at her family's home in Bucklebury. A friend of Meghan Markle's told Harpers Bazaar that "They stayed for five days and it was Prince Charles hosting them". But it turns out Meghan actually has a pretty adorable and unexpected relationship with her stepmother-in-law, the Duchess of Cornwall.

In addition to being her first as a royal, the holiday will also be Markle's first as an expectant mother, as the Duchess of Sussex is now pregnant with her first child with Harry.

Meghan will attend not one but two church services on Christmas Day.
