Chris Ashton to make rare start for England

Kieran Read captains New Zealand in a side which includes cross-code star Sonny Bill Williams at centre in a backline alongside fellow centre Jack Goodhue and full-back Damian McKenzie.

"The expectation for Saturday is no different to any other Test match", Jones said upon the announcement of the team. We want to be at our best, better than we were in the previous Test match and we want to play with pride and passion which ignites the fans.

"It's been a good week, the players have recovered well, trained well on Tuesday, exceptionally well on Wednesday and we look forward to the challenge of taking on New Zealand on Saturday".

New Zealand coach Steve Hansen has also named his team, with an eye injury ruling out prop Joe Moody.

"Everyone understands how big it is".

He added: "You've got to be reasonably stupid if you can't work out this is going to be big".

"I think (the England match is) even bigger actually", Hansen told reporters at New Zealand's hotel in London on Thursday. "And we haven't got anybody on holiday this week".

As England prepare to face New Zealand for the first time in four years this Saturday, test your knowledge on the history of the fixture.

The Australian won his first 17 games in charge as England, who had marked the end of predecessor Stuart Lancaster's reign with a "meaningless" pool victory over Uruguay as they crashed out of the 2015 World Cup on home soil, equalled the All Blacks' world record of 18 consecutive wins by a major Test-match nation.

Owen Farrell co-captains the team alongside Dylan Hartley and needs only one more point to reach 700 for England.

Subs: 16 Jamie George, 17 Alec Hepburn, 18 Harry Williams, 19 Charlie Ewels, 20 Courtney Lawes, 21 Danny Care, 22 George Ford, 23 Jack Nowell.

The All Blacks will again be captained by No 8 Kieran Read, with Beauden Barrett looking to pull the strings at fly-half.
