No. 3 Duke dominates IN 90-69

You start to hear people on this network talk about 'y'all can beat an National Basketball Association team.' You start to hear 'maybe they're going to go undefeated.' You start to hear 'maybe they'll just dominate a team like the Fab Five'.

That makes the ability to respond from that result crucial when the third-ranked Blue Devils face IN in Tuesday night's ACC/Big Ten Challenge game at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

On Wednesday, the star-studded Blue Devils lost a nail-biter to the similarly talented Gonzaga Bulldogs, 89-87. For the second year in a row, the Duke has been paired up against the Hoosiers in the annual showcase. "We were in the process of getting blown out there the first three minutes of the second half and they turned it around".

Langford scored 13 points on 3-of-15 shooting to lead the Hoosiers (5-2).

Having said that, it will be interesting to see how the Blue Devils young team bounces back from their first loss of the season.

"I think we let the crowd get to us", Morgan said.

Duke (5-1) and its cache of lottery-pick freshmen were an unstoppable force the first four weeks of the season, blowing past then-No.

In the loss to the Zags, RJ Barrett got a bit shot-happy for Duke and, with said shots not falling, it hurt them down the stretch. In the first half, the Hoosiers made just 11 of 33 attempts and turned it over 13 times while falling into a deep hole that few visitors to Cameron Indoor Stadium ever escape.

IN shot 38 percent and turned the ball over 20 times. That breakaway windmill sent Cameron into a tizzy and put Duke up 38-22. His 12 missed shots were the most of his brief college career, but it was one sequence at the other end of the floor that encapsulated his night.

This could have been even more lopsided had Duke not shot just 59 percent from the free-throw line.

"I knew it was coming. Every single time, unbelievable". Miller played in nine games against Duke.

IN falls to 5-2 as it opens up conference play against Northwestern on Saturday at Assembly Hall.
