On a recent Instagram photo of Jackson and a friend, 50 Cent commented, "If both these little ni**as got hit by a bus, I wouldn't have a bad day".

50 and Marquise have been at odds for years, stemming from 50's relationship with his mother, Shaniqua Tompkins, who once sued the rapper for $50 million.

Her case was dismissed in 2009. "It completely went south when I was probably like 10 or 11".

50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, was not present when his son graduated high school in 2014.

The In Da Club rapper took to Instagram on Thursday to comment on a photo of the 21-year-old posing with the son of longtime rival Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff. Marquis has even dissed 50 several times in songs. He's has always been an associate of 50's rivals Ja Rule and Irv Gotti.

50 also has a six-year-old son, Sire Jackson, with model-actress Daphne Joy, whom he has a healthy relationship with.

Something tells us 50 Cent may not have gotten a Father's Day card from his eldest son this year.
