Former Oakland University Star Kay Felder Arrested For Allegedly Choking A Woman

Among players recently arrested on domestic violence charges - a list that includes Jared Sullinger, Jeffery Taylor and Willie Reed - only Indiana Pacers guard Darren Collison is still active in the National Basketball Association.

Raptors 905 point guard Kay Felder was arrested early Monday morning for allegedly assaulting a woman.

Felder's arrest was originally reported by TMZ Sports.

He played in 42 games for the Cleveland Cavaliers as a rookie in 2016-17 and split the 2017-18 season with the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons.

Felder was later arrested for assault and utter threats.

Now located in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., the PGA of America plans to employ at least 100 people at its new headquarters. The Senior PGA Championship and Women's PGA Championship will be held there twice, in addition to a possible Ryder Cup.

Felder, 23, did not suit up for a game with the Toronto Raptors this regular season after spending the exhibition slate with the team.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt was sacked by the team after TMZ released a video Friday of him attacking a woman at a Cleveland hotel.

"As this matter is before the courts, Raptors 905 will not comment further", the statement read. After being waived by the Raptors in October, Felder remained with the franchise's G-League team.

The 23-year-old Felder averaged 24.4 ppg his final year with the Golden Grizzlies and has played in 58 career National Basketball Association games with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons.

Now Felder, who was drafted in the second round of the 2016 NBA Draft, is making the news for all the wrong reasons.
