After the performance the Spurs and Belinelli had against the Thunder Thursday night, the move by Westbrook was perhaps some revenge as it capped off a dominant second-half performance against San Antonio.

Schroder scored the final seven Thunder points of the quarter to help Oklahoma City lead going into the fourth.

The matchup went into double-overtime and packed the energy and intensity of nothing short of a high-stakes playoff game, with the Spurs ending up on the winning side of an astronomical 154-147 scoreline. Dennis Schroder added 19 more points off the bench - all in the second half - to help the Thunder overcome a nine-point halftime deficit to come away with the victory. The Thunder had seven players score in double figures. The Thunder are 2-5 ATS in their last seven games following a loss and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games playing on one days rest. They finished 16-19 from 3-point range. Paul George led the team in scoring with 30 points on 11 of 25 shooting, Russell Westbrook racked up a triple-double of 24 points with 13 rebounds and 24 assists while Jerami Grant chipped in with 25 points and 12 rebounds.

At one point in the first quarter, Marco Belinelli hit three straight.

The Spurs' big man shot 20-for-33 from the field and a ideal 16-for-16 from the free throw line to become the ninth player to break the 50-point threshold this season, along with Golden State Warriors trio Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson. More importantly, OKC snapped a three-game losing streak.

They head for Oklahoma City for a rematch Saturday night.

DeRozan missed another jumper with 0.3 seconds left in the first extra period and the Thunder could not put up a shot at the buzzer as White tipped the inbounds pass from Westbrook.

Spurs: Aldridge has 17,758 career points, passing Magic Johnson for 78th on the NBA's career list. Isiah Thomas is the only other player in National Basketball Association history to record 24 points, 24 assists and 10 assists in a game, a feat he achieved in 1986.
