The Washington Redskins pre-draft evaluation continued on Saturday with the commencement of the 2019 East-West Shrine Game.

Tarver, a 6-foot-3, 215-pound wide receiver from Belle Glade, Florida (Glades Central HS/Fort Scott CC), was the first Aggie in three years and 32nd Utah State player overall dating back to 1937 to play in the East-West Shrine Game.
